Portugal · home base

The place we keep coming home to.

Roughly four acres at the edge of the forest in rural central Portugal. It is quiet, unfinished in the right ways and full of space for family life to happen.

More than a destination

Portugal is part of the adventure too.

We travelled here, stayed, built a life and slowly made the place our own. Between longer journeys, this is where we fix things, make plans, host people and remember how quiet the world can be.
