The annex is a simple studio attached to our family home. It has everything needed for minimalist living and enough space for a couple or a cosy family of four.

€75per week, suggested contributionThe annex is part of our home rather than formal holiday accommodation. It is relaxed, lived-in and best suited to people who appreciate simple spaces and the countryside.
Inside the annex
Everything you need, nothing too polished.
We have had plenty of mums, dads and two children stay here together. It is a close fit, but that is part of its charm.
- SleepingA double bed plus a mattress that can be placed on the floor for families of four.
- Family capacityWe have comfortably hosted two adults and two children. It is cosy, but nice.
- BathroomA private little bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower.
- KitchenetteA small food-preparation area, fridge and the basics for a simple stay.
- Living spaceA dining area and enough room to slow down between days outside.
- Winter warmthA wood burner makes the annex especially cosy in colder months.
- BeddingBedding and towels can be provided.
- The landStep out onto the quinta and relax beneath the cork oaks.
Beyond the door
Forest, hammocks and quiet countryside.
Our village is small and rural, so arriving with your own transport is strongly recommended. Walks, river beaches and everyday life in central Portugal are all part of the stay.
